Ecco Solutions system burns solid wastes within short time. It doesn’t need any fuels, Atmospheric oxygen is used for the burning process inside a closed chamber. Temperature ranges can be attain up to 1000 degree centigrade within 5 minutes of the burning depending upon the nature of the waste. You can burn upto 30 percent of wet wastes along with 70 percent of dry wastes.

Used Sanitary napkins and Diapers which are non-biodegradable is usually disposed off in dust bins or open surfaces which may give rise to various contagious diseases or when they are disposed off in toilets, they lead to block up of sewage systems. To overcome this common problem an easy to use and economical FUEL-FREE ECCO Disposer is designed scientifically destroys the used napkins and diapers etc, without causing any harm to the environment.

The need of the hour
Walking down the road, nowadays a common sight we see is garbage overflowing. In the roads, houses, apartments and organisations this is a common sight. Add various insects and rodents and foul smell to the mix and what we get is serious environmental and health issues. All these problems are caused because of lack of access to proper waste disposal measures. Garbage is unavoidable. The more the population and demand for goods increase, the more garbage we produce. The efficient and ideal solution would be safe disposal of garbage at its source.
The most common forms of waste disposal today are landfilling, composting and anaerobic digestion. The first two in itself leads to more problems for the environment through releasing of toxins and other greenhouse gases. Composting is inexpensive. But when done incorrectly composting pits most often turn into breeding ground for dangerous pathogens and other insects and rodents. Moreover, this method also involves a certain level of manual operation.
Food Digester
High rate modular digester is a new concept and it is based on scientific doctrine of environ-mental biotechnology coupled with advanced engineering principles to accomplish high treatment efficiency, superior operational convenience and trouble-free functioning. KOMPOGAS, DRANCO, VALORGA, BI MA, IGT, PEARTH etc. are to name a few of recent technologies that have emerged. It is designed to overcome the drawback of conventional digesters. It is possible to achieve 80 to 90% solids reduction in high rate digesters whereas efficiency is only 45 to 50% in conventional digesters. This new technology has almost 6 to 8 times more loading capacity per unit volume than conventional digester and treatment efficiency in terms of solids reduction is two times higher Currently the majority of high rate digesters installed in India are based on imported technology and are only viable for large scale application. However, the majority of users in India are in the small and medium scale. TerraGuard is designed taking this factor into consideration.
